On June 14,2008, Local 562 held an election for the position of Business Manager/Secretary-Treasurer. Patrick H. Kellett retained his position. In the election, each and every category of Plumber and/or Pipefitter, demographic and territorial area was well represented. The turnout was overwhelming. Members drove long hours, sacrificed vacations and personal time to vote. It was very much appreciated. Our members showed their brotherhood by allowing our retirees to move to the front of the long voting lines...true unionism in action. Thanks to all who attended and cast their vote.
